IMPORTANT INFORMATION, RULES & REGULATIONS

 

Entry:

• Contest will run June 1 - Nov. 3, 2025 (last submission date)

• All photos are to be within Victoria Park (map attached)

• Check each applicable category entry listed in the check box - Age group is determined as of Nov 3, 2025

• Limit 1 photo per theme

• The photos will be submitted via link in registration on left

• Photos will not be accepted if embedded into an email submission, they must be sent as a .jpg, .tif, .png file with over 72dpi

• Terms and conditions (below) must be acknowledged by all participants 

• No photo enhancements are permitted beyond what is available on each camera

• Winning photos will be showcased on Power Point and on display at our annual AGM in November (Date to be confirmed)

Judging:

• Up to 3 Adult Judges - please apply at info@victoriaparkna.com

• Up to 3 12-17yr Old Judges - please apply at info@victoriaparkna.com

Terms + Conditions:

• ALL images will be posted on our website and showcased at our AGM

• The Photo Contest will be advertised/promoted via online email newsletters, posted on Facebook, Instagram and showcased at our AGM. 

• Should there be identifiable faces in your backgrounds, you must have consent from that person or that person has to be made unidentifiable

• The VPNA will not edit or enhance any images on behalf of the participant 

• The VPNA is not liable or responsible for any future social or internet display of images submitted

• Members of the VPNA board may participate but may not be eligible for prizing​
